Our firm understands that work related injuries require more than simply providing therapy, but rather involve a multidimensional solution strategy. A personalized approach to patient care is priority by gaining a thorough understanding of the workers’ injuries and assisting them to re-enter the workforce by designing and employing a relevant treatment plan. The employers’ needs are also considered and kept in perspective throughout the patients’ detailed evaluation and therapy program. Therefore, we take the time to understand the workers’ job description and focus the rehabilitative efforts on achieving a fully or near fully capable employee, thus fulfilling the employers production needs. From the initial assessment and throughout therapy, we ensure that the entire process is documented with precision and communicated between parties. This includes accompanying the patients’ to their scheduled physician follow-ups and working with case managers and employers to resolve the claims.
